Where and when is check-in?
Check in @ Garrett Sports Complex on the campus of Susquehanna University. Registration will start 30 minute prior to the start of each camp.
Which meals are provided?
No meals for the winter camp. There will be a concession stand available.
Can I come and watch my camper?
Yes, you must stay on the track outside of the white screens. This for liability purposes.
How are the groups divided up?
The staff will divide first by age and then will adjust at their discretion. The staff meets to determine if a camper needs to move up or down to ensure safety. Understand that all athletes will be subject to the same drills no matter the group they are in. If you or your camper have questions regarding their group please have them talk to Coach Bowers or one of the other staff members. Everyone, no matter the group, will receive the same course of training and drills.
Phones available?
We have not banned cell phones, but, we strongly recommend that they NOT bring cell phones or other electronic devices to camp. We cannot be responsible for them and they cause more problems than they solve.
If a camper brings a phone, they are responsible for keeping up with it.
Is there medical staff at camp?
An athletic trainer will be on staff during all training sessions.
Our trainers do not have medication to give out, you must supply your own. Please make sure the trainer is aware of any prescription meds that you are sending with your camper.
PLEASE DISCUSS ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS WITH THE TRAINER AT REGISTRATION.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO CAMP SICK OR WITH AN OPEN WOUND WITHOUT HAVING THE TRAINER LOOK AT IT PRIOR TO YOU LEAVING.
Any child that has a fever or illness that we feel is detrimental to the other campers will be required to go home. Refunds will not be made once the camp has begun.
Are any discounts offered?
There are discounts to multiple campers from the same family.
What are the indoor hitting facility rules?
There are absolutely NO cleats allowed in the indoor facility. You must wear turf shoes or tennis shoes. NO sports drinks are permitted inside the playing area —only water.
